With its fragrant leaves, that can be used for cooking with, bay laurel is a lovely option for a slow growing, dense evergreen hedge. It can be trimmed quite neatly versus the other laurel hedges and is easier to maintain. In addition it has beautiful yellow flowers which come through over the spring months to attract the bees and butterflies. Plants supplied 60cm high and grow 10 20cm per year.
