The worlds first anvil pruner was developed and patented by Walther Schroder in Kiel, Germany in 1923. Randolph Schroder, the current Managing Director, is the third generation of his family to manufacture Lowe pruners, continuing the family tradition. The company's pruners are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, and although many British gardeners will not have heard of them, it is likely that they have owned a pair, because for many years the pruners were manufactured by Rolcut here in the UK and sold under that well known brand name.Bypass Loppers These bypass loppers have a slim cutting head and are particularly suitable for delicate woods. The curved blade assists the drawing cutting movement, its high quality chemical nickel coating protecting against rust and stopping debris sticking to the blade. It also features ergonomic plastic handles and strong yet lightweight oval aluminium tubes. Length 80cm 3112
