I did some research before buying, and the reviews for the Bosch AHM 38G lawnmower were positive enough to help me make the choice. My grass was reasonably long by the time the mower arrived. I'm really pleased with the mower. The assembly instructions are clear and simple, and the mower works well, even with slightly longer grass, although you do need to keep pushing the grass back into the collector and away from the roller to keep things moving. Overall I would definitely recommend this mower.
Lawnmower works well but it doesnt catch the grass well. Relatively lightweight. Runs easily across the grass and cuts well. Requires the assembly of the handles on arrival.
I found Easy to use and believe it to be a decent purchase, no cables just a straight forward push and pull lawn mower unit.
My 1st ever mower that’s not petrol or electric and I must say it’s the best Ive ever had. Easy to use cuts like a dream. I can’t use my hands very well but this lovely little grass cutter is brilliantly simple which allows me the freedom off cutting my own lawn. Would highly recommend
I am very pleased with my purchase. For a small lawn the Bosch push mower is ideal , will recommend this product

Q : Hi, Been very pleased with my Bosch AHM 38G but, suddenly, the cylinder has stopped turning - it's still loose and you can turn it by hand but when you try to mow, it doesn't cut any grass. Hope you can help.
A : Hi John, I'm not aware of any common issue with this model that causes this problem, and without taking a look at it, it's hard to guess what the cause might be. It has a three year warranty so if you purchased it within this time frame you should be able to get it repaired or replaced by Bosch but even if it's outside of warranty I'd imagine it should hopefully be a fairly simple repair: you should be able to get most, if not all, parts for it through the Bosch Spares & Repairs service on their website if you're able to identify a part that needs replacing.

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
